In an effort to grudgingly acknowledge Valentines Day without spending the night feeling decidedly single in a bar, Andrea, Jenna and I holed up in my apartment, spent $60 on a Chinese delivery feast and baked cookies. Please observe their glory below.
I highly recommend putting oatmeal in all your chocolate chip cookies and the chewy ginger cookies offered delicious nice contrast.
I have eaten at least a dozen cookies in the past four days.
